We will not sell or share ANY personal information belonging to clients to anyone for any reason.
Payment on all orders is due upfront. Payment is accepted through Google Checkout, Paypal or by check or money order through the mail. An invoice will be emailed to you once you have filled out the order form and we have discussed your order. Your name will not be placed on the design schedule until your deposit has been made.
I offer a 100% return on all deposits made. If you are not happy for any reason with the design, I’ll gladly delete the design from my server and return your deposit.
For .mobi/epub conversions: All formatted files will be delivered with watermarks within the files. Once you approve the format, I’ll deliver the appropriate files.
For Lulu/Createspace formatting: I will deliver the formatted files with watermarks for your approval. They WILL NOT be delivered without watermarks until the final deposit is made. If for some reason you are not happy with the design, I will gladly refund your deposit.
There is no refund policy for the premade designs. Due to the nature of the delivery for the premade designs, I cannot issue any refunds. I can offer unlimited revisions ( to the header only!) until you are satisfied with the design.
Please allow 24-48 hours upon your request for a refund to be processed.
The design schedule is maintained in order to let clients know when their design is being worked on. The schedule is ordered on a first come first serve basis. Once your design deposit has been made, you will be placed on the list. The date on the design schedule is an estimation of when you will receive your first draft, not your final product. Your final product’s date is determined by how many edits you request and how quickly you answer emails from us.
At Hampton Designs, we don’t stop working until you’re happy. We will make as many revisions as you would like free of charge until you are 100% satisfied with your design. After installation, a charge of $25 an hour is applied to do any alterations.
Hampton Networks is not responsible for any damage or loss of data upon installation of the template. Clients are responsible to have backup copies of their own data. It is always a good idea to back up your design prior to installation of the new one.
Once your design has been installed to your blog, you agree to keep the Hampton Networks link at the bottom of your blog until you remove the design from your blog in its entirety. If you would like to display an Hampton Designs button on your sidebar we would be honored, but it’s not required.
All designs created by HamptonNetworks with the exception of business logos and custom illustrations belong to the company. No alterations may be made to the designs. This includes making buttons and other graphics from elements of your design! You may not sell any part of your design nor claim it as your own.
We reserve the right to include (or not include) a picture of your design our portfolios.
Refusal of Service
Hampton Networks reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blogs that contain offensive, obscene, hateful or malicious content.
